User Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully before using BFF Surf Shield - VPN Connect (the "App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Use of the App

You may use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Subscription and Payment

The App offers a monthly subscription that provides access to premium features. By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee (the "Subscription Fee") as specified in the App. The Subscription Fee is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current subscription period. We reserve the right to modify the Subscription Fee at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by BFF Surf Shield - VPN Connect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the App, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a new version on the App. Your continued use of the App after we make changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
