Welcome to Fast Net VPN: Super Fast Proxy (the "App"). This App is provided by Fast Net Technologies, Inc. ("Fast Net", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or utilizing the App, you are agreeing to adhere to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

## Eligibility

## Subscription

The App offers a subscription service ("Subscription") that grants access to premium features. Subscription fees are billed monthly, and you will be charged the applicable amount in advance. Your Subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your Subscription anytime through the App or your device's settings.

a. Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

b. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the App without our explicit written consent.

c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

d. Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

## Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionalities are owned by Fast Net and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

## Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

## Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Fast Net, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

## Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fast Net is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
